Shipping and Returns



Same day shipping on all orders for in stock items placed before 3:00 pm (Eastern Time) on any business day. Most orders received within 3 days!* (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Please allow 1-3 days for all orders to be processed. All parts are shipped DHL, UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex. Product and shipping must be paid in advance. We do not except COD at this time.

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date with the return authorization (RA) number inside the package. The merchandise must be shipped in new condition in the original package with all parts, accessories, and manuals. Please ship merchandise to the following address:

Customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the return of the merchandise.

In the event that a return is the result of an error of our company, or website – we will issue a full credit and call tag or return label for pickup of the parts to be returned to our facility. If you have any questions about returning an item please call (603) 669-9682 x11 or email

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any return that is not an error of our company or website.

Refused items or item returned without prior notice will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

A Return Authorization Number (RA) is required for any return. To request a Return Authorization Number you may call (603) 669-9682 ext. 11 (Mon-Fri) from 8:00am-5:30pm (EST) or e-mail


A 10% non-refundable deposit is required for all special orders (credit cards accepted, fees waived for deposit only).

A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to hold any in stock or on order trailer (credit cards accepted, fees waived for deposit only).

This deposit will hold the trailer for five (5) business days from the time of deposit or after the trailer is delivered to Ron’s Toy Shop.

If you fail to pick up your trailer after five (5) business days, you will be notified and if a plan is not arranged; the trailer will be returned to stock and you will forfeit your deposit(s).

If you would like to extend the time of your hold, the balance of the trailer must be paid in full (additional fee applied for credit/debit card transactions).

Once your trailer has been paid in full, you will have ten (10) business days after the final payment to arrange delivery or pick up.

After the ten (10) business day period, additional daily storage fees may apply.

All deposits are non-refundable unless prior arrangements are made with the sales manager
