Refund policy

Ron's Toy Shop, Inc. 60-Day Return Policy

At Ron's Toy Shop, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of most new, unopened items within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging and tags still attached.
  • Items must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.
  • A valid proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts due to customer misuse.
  • Special order items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless otherwise stated).
  • Deposit(s) on a trailer, vehicle or truck bed.

 

Return Process:

  1. In-Store Returns: Bring the item(s) you wish to return, along with your proof of purchase, to Ron's Toy Shop, Inc. at 235 Elm St., Manchester, NH 03101. Our friendly staff will assist you with your return or exchange.
  2. Online Returns: Please contact us at 603-669-9682 or parts@ronstoyshop.com to initiate an online return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization number (RAN). Please include the RAN with your returned item(s). You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.  

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.  

 

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us or visit our store. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at 603-669-6982 or parts@ronstoyshop.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
